Case in point:
DC Signs in Harrington, Delaware, is a one man shop. Dave Short does it all - which means he absolutely has to rely on his vendors. Dave recently ordered some banner material from Harbor. Not a stock item, the material was ordered as a drop ship item. As can happen, there was a shipping snafu - and the banner material that had to arrive by Monday was 'lost'. Turned out the original shipment was located and delivered at about the same time the replacement arrived. So in the end, Dave was covered. And in the end, Dave felt like the big dog ...
