 Gatorfoam Exterior Grade
Gatorfoam Exterior retains all of the same qualities of the original Gatorfoam family: legendary rigidity, superior dent & scratch resistance, & an excellent reputation for digital and screen printing. It is comprised of extruded polystyrene foam bonded between two layers of wood-fiber veneer.
Gatorfoam Exterior is specifically engineered to address the extreme conditions found outdoors: heat, cold, & humidity. It has been tested according to ASTM D1183 C, in temperatures ranging from -70 to 160°F, & in the combination of high heat & humidity (100°F with 95% relative humidity). New Gatorfoam Exterior utilizes a specially formulated adhesive that improves both bond strength & moisture resistance to reduce the chance of delaminating.
