Anodized Aluminum is coated utilizing a continuous process that ensures a beautiful consistent color. Anodized aluminum allows the natural beauty of the aluminum to shine through and comes in a variety of colors and finishes. It is a cost-effective substitute material to many other more expensive, heavier metals. Anodized aluminum can be utilized for interior and exterior applications and is available with a limited 20-year warranty. The Environmental Protection Agency categorizes anodized aluminum as "green".

Pre-painted Aluminum Sheet stock is coated with a highly durable and screen printable wax free polyester coating. A continuous roll coated process that ensures a smooth consistent color on both sides of the material is used. Alumet Supply then applies Ultra White - a highly reflective white - to the back of most colors yielding a wax free, WHITER and BRIGHTER finish for your illumination and printing needs. The coating is applied in a controlled environment with rigid specifications that result in an even finish that matches batch after batch.

Our Pre-Painted aluminum sheets are typically made using 3105H24. 3105H24 is manufactured with recycled alloy from 3003 (slighter higher content of virgin aluminum). In some cases 3003H14 may be used for our aluminum sheets.

Mill Finish Aluminum is exceptionally strong, corrosion resistant and is easily fabricated. The material has a natural aluminum satin appearance and is coated with a light oil.
